Graphite copper bushing ,as known as self-lubricating bearing.Graphite copper bushing is a solid self-lubricating product which is made some ordered and appropriate holes on the friction surface, and embedded into graphite or molybdenum disulfide.
Generally,the solid lubricant is counts for 20-30% of the friction surface of the bearing.The working principle of the self-lubricating bearings is some graphite grain are transport to the friction surface when the shaft and bearing working.And then it will be formed a stable lubricating diaphragm,which can prevent the direct adhesion and wear between shaft and bearing.
Graphite copper bushing combines the advantages of metal alloy and non-metal anti-wear materials.It had the high bearing capacity of metal ,also had the lubrication performance of anti-wear materials. So it is suitable for the environment with no oil, less oil, high temperature, high load or water.
At present ,it is widely used in engineering machinery,metallurgical machinery,mining machinery,train stand, rolled steel equipment, shipping, die equipment, textile machinery, turbine and so on under circumstances of low-speed, over-loading, high-speed and light-load ,etc.
There are two basic forms of graphite copper bushing marked in our national standards,which called straight self-lubricating copper bushing and self-lubricating copper bushing with baffle.They also expressed as WQZ whole inlaid bearing, and WQZD whole inlaid bearing with baffle .We also produced the self-lubricating thrust washers ,guide plates and others with this process.
